You may have been wondering what’s going on with my Eiro Research weight loss plan. I’ve had to discontinue it for now because I’ve been diagnosed with a virus. Until I’m done with that (should be another couple of weeks, I hope), I wanted to suspend any weight loss efforts since I need to focus on getting well. So far, so good! On Day 2 of drinking Eirolean and Eiroburn, the 2 main products in the Eirofit weight loss system, I started with a shake for breakfast and an Eiro Burn capsule.Then for lunch, I had another shake with an Eiro Burn capsule.
Dinner is supposed to be a healthy and balanced dinner but I am having problems following that program mainly because I am lazy! I need to try some new recipes that will help me eat the vegetables that I need along with a healthy protein. At least I am able to get the nutrition I need from these Eiro products.
