Eiro Pur Prebiotics Probiotics Formula

I finally tried Eiro Pur, the “prebiotic and probiotic in one” product created by Eiro Research. Not only does it detox your body, it help you lose weight because of it’s ability to help you feel full before eating your meal. It does this by creating an environment in your gut that is healthy for digestion.

How does it work? Well, a probiotic is healthy bacteria in your gut that helps you eliminate waste. The prebiotic is the “food” that the probiotic eats to fuel its job of creating a healthy environment in your digestive system.

Research studies have revealed that thin people have a balance of prebiotic and probiotics in their body. So this product is meant to restore that balance for people who are overweight or obese.

True, if you are eating the right foods, this balance should happen naturally. But it’s really hard to restore it after years of eating the wrong things. This is designed to help people restore that balance quickly and lose the weight while getting back into a healthy eating regimen.

So I finally tried it yesterday and I must say, I was shocked when I mixed the product into some water. It turned the water green! I thought to myself, “oh, this is going to taste awful!” You see, I’ve consumed “green drinks” before that are, quite possibly, the most vile concoctions you’d ever want to ingest!

But I wanted to see how it would work so I held my breath and took a swig. And was pleasantly surprised to find that it didn’t taste bad at all! No gritty texture and bitter taste like I’ve experienced with other green drinks. In fact, it was kind of tasteless. But I had 12 ounces to drink so as I continued to drink it down, I noticed it had a pleasant taste that reminded me of tonic water but sweeter and it had a bit of a fizz to it.

I noticed it’s affect on my appetite as well. I had cooked steak au poivre for dinner with asparagus and a side of steak fries and I can say that I ate only half of my normal portion size.

I think you can probably use this product on it’s own without the Eiro Lean or Eiro Burn but I’m interested to see how it will all work together. Stay tuned to see how that all works out.

What’s In The Eiro Fit Box?

I am so excited to get started with my Eirofit blog about how you can lose weight and eat carbs at the same time! I’ll go into this in more detail later but the gist of it is that, by using resistant starch technology, you can eat carbs and you’ll burn fat.
