Two Weeks on Eirofit-Some Tips to Share

I’ve been on the Eirofit system for 2 weeks and 2 days. So far, I’ve lost 2 pounds. That’s pretty good results especially when you hear about all the modifications I’ve done to the program which I am not recommending that you do unless it makes sense for you, personally. These are just some things I’ve decided to do with the program because of my own personal situation. If you’re going to try Eirofit, I recommend you try the program exactly as prescribed until you figure out what works best for you.

First of all, I decided to just drink one shake a day for breakfast because I was just getting too hungry in the middle of the afternoon even after eating fruits and nuts as a small snack in between my “meals”. Also, I was experiencing some constipation and I couldn’t find any good advice for making this situation better. I plan to email the chief medical officer of Eiro Research, Dr. David Rahm, to see what he would recommend. I drink the recommended amounts of water so that’s not the problem. Whenever I ate my one meal, I made sure there was a salad included so I would get plenty of roughage in my diet to become more “regular” but it took nearly 4 days for me to “unplug”.

I realized that there’s a lot of fiber in the shakes so I that’s why I decided to slow down to 1 shake a day. I’m going to be traveling in the next few days and drinking 2 shakes a day is going to be difficult so that’s another reason I’m going to one a day for awhile. When I return, I think my system will be more accustomed to the shake and I can add a second shake gradually into my routine.

Another reason that I decided to go to 1 shake a day is that I miss chewing my food! I know that my weight loss is going to be slower as a result but that’s okay. I think if I take it slower, the weight loss will be easier to maintain once I reach my goal.
